That means we need to help you start preparing for that, so this week, we’ve been sharing some players at each position that will have the best matchups for the playoffs.

We look at each position and find which players have the best matchups in Weeks 14-16, and we find some sleepers that one might consider picking up now. Finally, we also share a could guys we think will be in trouble come Fantasy playoffs time, mostly due to bad matchups.

I’ll be using FFToolbox.com’s Strength of Schedule for Weeks 14-16.

2 Best Tight Ends for Fantasy Playoffs

Zach Ertz, Philadelphia – vs. SEA, vs. DAL, at WAS: He’s not doing so well lately, and he seems to be falling out of favor with Chip Kelly. But we know he’s one of the most talented receivers on this team, and he’ll get two home games against two of the worst defenses against tight ends. All three games will be against defenses that are allowing an average of 10.5 Fantasy points per game.

Delanie Walker, Tennessee – vs. NYG, vs. NYJ, at JAC: Surprisingly, the Jaguars defense is the best of these three against tight ends.

2 Sleeper Tight Ends for Fantasy Playoffs

Brent Celek, Philadelphia – vs. SEA, vs. DAL, at WAS: If you don’t own shares of Ertz, you might want Celek, considering he’s getting more looks currently and these matchups are going to be awesome.

Jared Cook, St. Louis – at WAS, vs. ARI, vs. NYG: He caught his first touchdown pass of the season in Week 10 – against the Cardinals, and the Giants and Redskins are giving up an average of 9.83 Fantasy points per game to tight ends.

2 Tight Ends with Bad Fantasy Playoffs Matchups

Week 11 TE Rankings, SKYLLZONE Fan vs. Machine Points GameGreg Olsen, Carolina – at NO, vs. TB, vs. CLE: The Panthers face the toughest schedule of all 32 teams for tight ends, as the Saints, Browns and Buccaneers have given up a total of just five touchdown catches to tight ends.

Charles Clay, Miami – vs. BAL, at NE, vs. MIN: He has two touchdown catches in his past four games, but going up against this set of defenses will be difficult. The Patriots held him to just two catches for 27 yards early in the season, and the Ravens and Vikings are top-six units against TEs.
