Let’s take a look at Week 11 from college fantasy football and deliver some winning fantasy picks at FanPicks.com
The Cincinnati Bearcats are home to face the Tulsa Golden Hurricane. Both teams are putting up a lot of points this year. The Golden Hurricane has struggled mightily on the defensive side of the football. They give up 37.3 points a game which is 118th in the nation. They rank 124th in the nation in pass defense by allowing 303 yards passing per game.
Cincinnati enters play with the 12th ranked overall offense and is 26th in the nation in scoring. They throw for 326 yards per game which is 14th best in all of college football. Cincinnati quarterback Gunner Kiel is completing 65.6% of his passes this year and is healthy for this game. He is coming off a monster effort last week at Houston where he threw for 523 yards and four touchdowns against an undefeated Cougars team.
Play on Gunner Kiel (Cincinnati Bearcats QB)
The TCU Horned Frogs are in an angry mood after getting beat to Oklahoma St last week which ruined their shot at a playoff spot. It is very difficult for a Big 12 team with a loss this late to get included in the playoff mix with no championship game.
A Big 12 patsy Kansas, is coming into town and is in search of their first win of the season. This Jayhawks team is not very good as they rank 128th in the nation defending the pass by allowing 330 yards per game.
TCU is throwing for nearly 400 yards a game and senior wide receiver Josh Doctson is in line for a huge game on Saturday to better in his NFL draft position. He leads the team with 77 receptions for 1314 yards with 14 touchdowns. Doctson is averaging 17.1 yards per catch on the season. Look for a big game from Dotson at home looking to exploit this bad Kansas coverage team.
Play on Josh Doctson (TCU Horned Frogs WR)
The UCLA Bruins have plenty of motivation as they travel to meet the Washington St Cougars. The Bruins control their destiny for a PAC 12 South title should they win out. The Bruins have been a good running team this year as they rank 33rd in the nation with 197 yards per game on the ground.
Washington St has not been very good in defending the run in 2015 as opponents are piling up 206 yards on the ground against the Cougars. Their ranking in defending the run is 110th this season. Expect UCLA to lean on their run game in this road spot with still a lot to play for. Paul Perkins a junior running back leads the club in rushing with 961 yards and ten touchdowns with a 6.0 yards per rush average. Perkins will be called up in this road spot. We saw him get 23 carries at Oregon St, 24 carries at Arizona and 18 carries at UNLV.
Play on Paul Perkins (UCLA Bruins RB)
The Iowa Hawkeyes will put up their undefeated 9-0 record as they host the Minnesota Golden Gophers. Iowa has been a stingy defense this year as the club is eighth overall in scoring defense as they limit their opponents to just 16.6 points a game. The team is 12th in total defense by allowing 300 yards per game.
They are facing an offensively challenged Minnesota Golden Gophers team that has put up some poor offensive numbers this year. They are averaging just 359 yards per game which is 102nd in the nation.
